130-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and include all parts: projector, both blasters and all 4 target slides.

2How to return

1. Email support@getnovatag.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back with a tracked shipping method.

Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without approval can't be processed.

3Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

4Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show it on your statement.

5Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.

6Gifts

If the item was bought as a gift and shipped directly to you, the refund goes to the original buyer's payment method once the return is received.
