Every NOVA TAG order ships free worldwide with full tracking, from our warehouse to your door.
1Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
2Delivery time
Delivery takes 6–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and location. Remote areas may take a few extra days. During peak season (November–December), carriers can experience delays.
★Christmas delivery
Orders placed by December 8 are shipped in time for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after this date still ship right away, but we can't guarantee arrival before December 25.
3Tracking your order
Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track Order page. New tracking numbers can take 2–5 days to show their first update — this is normal. Parcels may show no new scans for several days while in international transit.
4Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.
5Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before it ships. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
6Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking shows no update for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
7Marked delivered but not received
Check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors and safe spots around your door, and allow 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with your order number and we'll help.
